Shipping policy

 Shipping within Australia.

  • Domestic Parcels are shipped Express via Australia Post with a flat rate of $10.00. 
  • Express Shipping takes 1-3 business days dependent on state.
  • Free shipping applies on domestic orders over $150
  • All eyewear will be shipped in a Luv Lou case to ensure damages do not occur. 

International Shipping.

  • All International orders are shipped via DHL express
  • Shipping to New Zealand is $25 AUD
  • Shipping to Asia is $30 AUD

  • Please allow 1-5 business days for delivery (dependant on your delivery destination).

  • All eyewear will be shipped in a Luv Lou case to ensure damages do not occur. 

  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties and customs, this fee is separate to that of shipping and differs from country to country. If you are required to pay duty and taxes this will be sent to you after purchase. Please note this differs for each country code.

  • Please be sure to include your phone number.

Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. Parcels cannot be left unattended, so will be redirected to your local post office for collection. We are not responsible for your order if you enter the incorrect address, once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect it so be sure to check the address before confirming your order.
