Luv Lou is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% happy with your online order, we will happily accept your return within 30 days of receiving your parcel for a full refund. Sale items cannot be returned, unless deemed faulty. We do not offer exchanges or store credit.

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, this includes duties or taxes for international customers.


  1. Download, fill out and include our Returns Form in your parcel.

  2. Pack all items with your invoice and return form in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

  3. Take your parcel to the nearest post office to ship back to the below address at your cost.

    Choose to ship back your return with any trackable postage service. Luv Lou is not responsible for any lost in transit untracked return parcels. 

  4. You'll be notified once we have processed your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment.


  • If you believe your product to be faulty, please visit our Contact Us page prior to returning your items.
  • Please note, Luv Lou has the right to reject product that appears worn or damaged by the customer, or if the item is not eligible for return e.g. final sale items. We will then post the item back to you at your own cost. 
  • Funds can take up to 5 business days to receive depending on your banking institution. You will receive confirmation by email when your return in completed.
  • Any items purchased using a discount code (Eg. Welcome code) can be returned for a refund.
  • If you purchased using the “BUNDLE 20%” and return 1 pair, the discount amount of that pair and the pair you kept will be removed from your refund.


  • If you are not 100% happy with your purchase from one of our stockists, please refer to their instore return policy to process your return. In the case they are unable to assist you with your return please visit our Contact Us page for assistance.


  • Manufacturer’s warranties come with all products. All our sunglasses are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase, with proof of purchase.
  • The details of the warranty period are details on the warranty card or in the instruction booklet. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratched or broken lenses, lost screws, fading or nose piece and frame deterioration.
  • Any alternations to the sunglasses will void your warranty. The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace, in part or in full, the sunglasses returned for warranty or repair. Warranty claims and other repairs are at the complete discretion of the manufacturer.
